Built for how businesses actually work.

Every feature is available on every plan. Pay for what you use, not for the right to access it.

Pay-as-you-go. Truly optional subscriptions.

No commitment required. Buy a credit pack and use the entire platform. Subscriptions just give you higher limits and bonus credits — they're never required.

Full cost transparency before every action.

See the estimated credit cost before you send an AI message, generate an image, or run a workflow. Choose your AI model and compare costs instantly. No surprises.

Multi-app ecosystems, not standalone apps.

Build interconnected applications — admin dashboards, staff portals, customer-facing apps — all sharing the same database with per-app permissions. Deploy an entire business system, not just one screen.

Enterprise-grade wallet hierarchy.

Enterprise Wallet → Organization Wallet → User Wallet. Set department budgets, allocate credits by team, and maintain full spending visibility — all from one system.

Full Transparency

Know exactly where every credit goes.

Your Usage & Credits dashboard gives you complete visibility. See your balance, today's spend breakdown by resource type, daily rate limit usage, and per-project cost — all in real time.

  • Live balance & daily spend — see credits used today, broken down by AI, schedulers, DB ops, and more
  • Per-project drill-down — storage, operations, daily cost estimate, and record count per app
  • Rate limit meters — DB ops, scheduler runs, and webhook calls against your daily limits
  • Pre-action estimates — see the cost before you send an AI message or generate media

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a subscription to use WerkzFlow?

No. You can buy credits anytime and use the full platform without a subscription. Subscriptions are optional — they give you higher rate limits (more projects, apps, schedulers) and bonus credits each month. Many users start with a simple credit top-up and only subscribe when they need more capacity.

What are WerkzFlow Credits and what do they cover?

WerkzFlow Credits are the single currency for everything on the platform — AI generation, database operations, storage, scheduler and webhook execution, email and WhatsApp sends, image and video generation, and more. Buy credit packs in your local currency inside the app. Top-up credits never expire.

How is AI usage charged?

AI is charged per token, not per message. A small edit might cost 5 credits. A large generation might cost 50. You choose the AI model and see the estimated cost before you send — so you're always in control. Budget models cost less, premium models cost more.

What happens when I run out of credits?

AI generation and new uploads are paused until you add credits. Your published apps continue to serve end-users for a 24-hour grace period so your customers are never interrupted. You'll get warnings at low balance so you can top up before anything stops. Storage charges can go slightly negative so your data is never held hostage.

Do credits expire?

Top-up credits never expire — use them whenever you need. Subscription-included credits are granted monthly and don't roll over to the next month. The two pools are separate: your top-up balance persists indefinitely.

Can I see what each action costs before I do it?

Yes. Before every AI message, image generation, or expensive operation, you see the estimated credit cost. You also choose which AI model to use and can compare costs between models. After each action, the exact cost is displayed. A full usage dashboard gives you daily, weekly, and monthly breakdowns by resource type.

How does team and enterprise billing work?

WerkzFlow uses a cascading wallet hierarchy: User → Organization → Enterprise. Set department budgets, allocate credits by team, and maintain full spending visibility. When a user runs out of personal credits, the organization wallet covers the difference. This means procurement teams can forecast costs and control spending centrally.

Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?

Yes. Downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. The change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. Your data and apps are preserved. Top-up credits remain in your wallet — they never expire. If you drop to the Free plan, your rate limits adjust but everything you've built keeps working.

What do the plan limits mean?

Apps per project — Your solution can be one big app, or you can break it into separate apps for different audiences. For example, an admin dashboard, a staff portal, and a public viewer — each is a separate app, all sharing the same database.

Active schedulers — Automated tasks that run on a schedule. For example, every Monday morning you might summarize weekly enrollments, or every night you clean up expired records. Each running schedule counts toward this limit.

Database ops/day — Every time your app reads or writes data — loading a page, saving a form, updating a record — that's a database operation. The daily limit resets at midnight.

Concurrent webhooks — If your app connects to external services like Shopify, Stripe, or a messaging platform, those services send events to your webhook. This limit is how many can process at the same time — excess calls are queued, never dropped.

Secrets — Securely store API keys and credentials your app needs to connect to external services — your own servers, payment gateways, or third-party APIs. Secrets are encrypted on our servers and never exposed to your end-users.

Version history — Every change you make is automatically saved. If something goes wrong, you can roll back to any previous version — like undo history for your entire app.

Handler timeout — The maximum time a scheduled task or webhook handler can run. A simple database lookup finishes in milliseconds. More complex tasks — like calling an AI to analyze data, searching the web, or processing files — need more time. Higher plans give you longer timeouts for heavier workloads.

What counts as a "user" for per-user/month plans?

A user is any person who has a WerkzFlow account and is part of your workspace. This includes builders, admins, and collaborators. End-users who only interact with the apps you publish — for example, students using a training portal you built — are not counted. You pay per builder seat, not per learner or viewer.

Is there a meaningful difference between Builder and Scale beyond the numbers?

Builder is designed for active developers and small teams building one or a few solutions. Scale is for organizations running multiple production systems simultaneously — more apps per project, more schedulers, higher database throughput, longer webhook timeouts, and a bigger credit pool with a higher bonus on top-ups. If your apps are serving real users around the clock and you're bumping into limits, Scale is the right tier.

Can I switch between plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — your rate limits increase right away and you're billed a prorated amount for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your current limits until then. You won't lose any data or published apps when switching plans.

What happens to my apps and data if I cancel?

Your apps and data are never deleted automatically. When you cancel or downgrade, your workspace moves to the Free plan limits at the end of your billing cycle. If you exceed Free plan limits (e.g. you have 8 projects but Free allows 3), existing apps continue to run — you just can't create new ones until you're within the limit. You can export your data at any time from your workspace settings.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits, educational institutions, or early-stage startups?

Yes. We offer special pricing for verified non-profits, schools, and early-stage startups. Reach out to our team through the Enterprise contact form with a brief description of your organization and what you're building. We'll review and get back to you within a few business days.

How does the free monthly credit refresh work?

Every account — including accounts with no subscription — receives 500 WerkzFlow Credits at the start of each calendar month. These are enough to explore the platform, run small tests, and maintain lightweight apps. They don't roll over: unused monthly credits reset when the new batch arrives. Your top-up credits are a separate pool and are never affected by the monthly refresh.

What payment methods are accepted?

Subscriptions and credit top-ups are handled through our payment provider, which accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and popular local payment methods depending on your region. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with bank transfer. All transactions are processed in your local currency where supported.
